featuring a large bezel set Brown Fibrolite oval center stone surrounded by turquoise cabochons, and bordered by looped filigree sterling wire with fx pearls (may be genuine but to be cautious saying faux)
So much detail, rope border, bezel settings, filigree wire work, layers  and stepped design, can be worn as a brooch/pin or as a pendant
