You are looking at a VINTAGE H. STERN HAMSA HAND CHARM STAMPED ISRAEL ON THE BACK.  The front includes a Star of David, stars, an eye - maybe an evil eye to ward off bad things, crescent moons and a sun.  The text says Jerusalem in Hebrew.  This measures 1/2" x 3/4". One has the original box and the other has a plain box.
This would be a great addition to a jewelry collection.  This is the last one I have and it is not in an H Stern box.
