Vintage Ethnic Indian Or Turkish Bangle style Bracelet

Vintage Ethnic Indian Or Turkish Bangle style Bracelet.
I do not know what material this is created from but it has the little mirror shards and white and golden seedbeads with the Salmon Peachy color bracelet material...  :)
This was owned by my step-grandmother or my grandfather may have brought it back for a gift for my mom but she doesn't remember....  :)
My step grandmother was married to my maternal grandfather who was in the Army Corps of Engineers...
They were living in at two different times India and Turkey so I know this came from one of those two areas.... 🥰
I know this was handmade or created sometime between 1950s-1960s. That was the timeframe they lived in each if those 2 countries.
It shows some wear inside the bangle and there is a crack on the outside but it does not detract from the item....
