A Space Shuttle Cover commemorating the launch of the Space Shuttle, Columbia, for Flight STS-58, and the Spacelab Life Sciences II Mission. Dated 18 October, 1993, and cancelled KENNEDY SPACE CENTER, FL. Contains an insert with mission information. Cover is in excellent condition.
