It depicts six dancers who's arms are actually Hebrew letters forming the words: Sing & Rejoice!
Created in Israel for the continuation of the celebration a century of academic and spiritual leadership during this centennial year of The Jewish Theological Seminary of America in NYC.
Signed and dated on the back.
